Rental Policies

  • Maximum persons: 150
  • 50% of payment due upfront to book your event, along with $200 refundable damage/cleaning deposit
  • Full payment due the day of event
  • Cancellation: notice must be given at least 30 days in advance of event to receive refund minus $100 for administrative costs. Your 50% deposit will not be returned if cancellation happens within 30 days before your event.
  • Damage/Cleaning deposit of $200 will be refunded if the property is properly cleaned and there is no damage. If any additional cleaning or repairs are needed, renter is responsible for all costs
  • Watch your children at all times for their safety and your peace of mind
  • Any outdoor noise is to end by 10:00 pm
  • Renters are responsible to make sure the grounds are free of any trash, and take all your trash and recycle with you. If not, your cleaning and damage deposit will be applied, and any extra charges will be your responsibility.
